Day 1 : Arrival
Siem Reap(D)
Arrive at Siem Reap International Airport and
transfer to the hotel by Asia King Travel 's
guide . Visit the Roluos Group. The monuments of
Roluos, which served as the capital of
Indravarman I (reigned 877-89), are among the
earliest large, permanent temples built by the
Khmers and mark the beginning of Khmer classical
art. Preah Ko erected by Indravarman I in the
late 9th century dedicated by the King to his
ancestors in 880. Bakong the largest and most
interesting of the Roluos group temples, with
his active Buddhist monastery just to the north
of the east entrance. Lolei built on an islet in
the center of a large reservoir (now rice
fields) by Yasovarman I, the founder to the
first city at Angkor. Diner in the local
restaurant. Overnight in hotel in Siem Reap.
Day 2 : Angkor Wat
(B,L,D)
Breakfast at hotel.In the morning, visit the
most famous of all the temples on the plain of
Angkor: Angkor Wat. The temple complex covers 81
hectares and is comparable in size to the
Imperial Palace in Beijing. Its distinctive five
towers are emblazoned on the Cambodian flag and
the 12th century masterpiece is considered by
art historians to be the prime example of
classical Khmer art and architecture. Angkor
Wat’s five towers symbolize Meru’s five peaks -
the enclosed wall represents the mountains at
the edge of the world and the surrounding moat,
the ocean beyond. Lunch at hotel. Visit the
South Gate (with its huge statues depicting the
churning of the ocean of milk), the ancient
capital of Angkor Thom (12th century), Bayon
Temple (unique for its 54 towers decorated with
over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara), the
Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephants
Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King.

Day 3 : Siem Reap
- Phnompenh (B,L,D)
Transfer to the archaeological site for the
sunrise from the Phnom Bakheng, one of two hills
dominating the plain of Angkor, from where you
will have a spectacular view of the Western
Baray and Angkor Wat Or sunrise at Srah Srang.
Return to the hotel for breakfast. We then
visit Banteay Srei temple (10th c), regarded as
the jewel in the crown of Classical Khmer Art.
Continue to Ta Prohm, one of the area’s most
beautiful temples. Ta Prohm has been relatively
untouched since it was discovered and retains
much of its mystery. Lunch at hotel. In the
afternoon, transfer to airport for the flight to
Phnompenh. Arrival transfer to the hotel. At
leisure to walk in the city and and explore the
local market. Dinner at local restaurant
and overnight at hotel.
Day 4 : Phnompenh
- Chaudoc (B,L,D)
Breakfast at hotel followed by the city tour. A
visit to Phnom Penh is a very interesting
experience indeed. It is a city with an
interesting pulse and it gives you a very true
taste of Asia. We will visit the Wats Phnom,
National museum, silver Pagoda and Royal Palace.
Afternoon we will take the boat to Chaudoc, the
boat ride leaves at 13pm and arrives Chaudoc at
5pm. Diner and overnight at hotel in Chau Doc.
Day 5, : Chau Doc –
Long Xuyen – Can Tho ( B,L,D )
Breakfast at hotel. Take the motorized boat trip
to visit the floating fish farm and the floating
village, visit the local Cham minority village
and her traditional weaving village. Depart for
Long Xuyen, visit the bird Sanctuary in Thot Not
and the incense stick making village. Check in
upon arrival in Can Tho. Free for exploring the
city on your own in the afternoon. Dinner at the
restaurant . Overnight at hotel in Can Tho
Day 6 : Can Tho –
Saigon ( B,L )
After breakfast. Visitors first take the boat
trip to explore the picturesque tributaries of
the Lower Mekong river . The boat trip later
takes you to the Cai Rang and Phong Dien
floating markets, which are the most original
ones and bustling places of the region. Visitors
will have the most probably tried the Vietnamese
vermicelli soup ? so, they will now go and see
how it is made. Visitors then roam into the
village to get in touch with the local people.
Here, they have a chance to experience how to
pass a " Monkey bridge " which is built by only
one bamboo. Return to Can Tho for lunch at the
local restaurant. Depart for Saigon city with
stop over at Vinh Vong and My Tho town.

Day 7 : Saigon
City Tour & Cu Chi Tunnel (B,L)
We pass the now-demolished wartime American
Embassy before we visit the Reunification Palace
which was the former residence of the President
of South Vietnam until end of April 1975, and
some French colonial structures including the
Notre Dame Cathedral, the Old Sai Gon Post
Office. After seeing the Jade Emperor Pagoda and
the War Remnant Museum, we continue our trip on
to the bustling Ben Thanh Market where anything
and everything is for sale . We continue to the
famous Cu Chi Tunnels, which were an incredible
underground network constructed by Vietnamese
fighters during the long struggle for
independence. The tunnels contained hospitals,
plus accommodation and schools, and were used as
a military base for the Vietcong in the American
war. Overnight at hotel in Saigon.
Day 8, Sat 27 Oct
07 : Saigon – Departure (B)
Morning you are free until time to transfer to
airport for departure
