Day 1
Sunday : Arrival Phnom Penh (D)
Arrive
Phnom Penh Cambodia by morning flight, meet with your guide and
transfer to hotel. In the same morning, take a city tour to visit
Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, and the National Museum of Khmer
Arts. In the afternoon, witness the reign of terror during the
Khmer Rouge Regime by visiting the Killing Field of Choeung Ek,
and the Tuol Sleng Museum of Genocidal Crime. Before returning to
the hotel, visit the famous Wat Phnom. Overnight at the hotel in
Phnom Penh.
Day 2
Monday :
Phnom Penh - Kompong Chhnang(B,L,D)
Embark at the pier in Phnom Penh at 8:00 am.
Welcome on board of R/V Toum Teav and departure for our cruise on
the Tonle Sap River to Oudong. Visit of Oudong, then stop at Prek
Kdam to visit a small silver handicraft village. Lunch on board on
the way to Kampong Tralach, stop and visit its wonderful pagoda.
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3 Tuesday :
Kompong Chhnang - Kompong Luong (B,L,D)
Sail to Kompong Chhnang to visit the market and a pottery
village. Sail to Chnok Tru, the last big village before the River
meets the Great Lake of Tonle Sap. Lunch on-board. Continue to
Kompong Luong, one of the largest floating villages on the Lake.
Dinner and overnight on board while anchored at Kompong Luong.
Day 4 Wednesday
Kompong Luong - Siem Reap (B,L)
Half day sailing on the Great Lake of Tonle Sap. Relax in
the library or on the deck salon prior to arrival in Siem Reap.
Sail along a small canal, flocked with crowded floating houses,
before reaching Phnom Kroum.Upon
arrival in Siem Reap, Cambodia in the morning, meet with your
guide and transfer to the hotel. Visit to the South Gate of Angkor
Thom, Bayon, Baphoun, Terrace of Elephants and Terrace of the
Leper King – Afternoon carry on to visit the fabulous Angkor Wat.
Watch the sunset from Phnom Bakheng. Overnight in hotel in
Siem Reap
Day 5
Thurday
: Angkor Temple (B,L)
Early morning sunrise at Angkor Wat (optional) – then return to
hotel for breakfast. In the same morning, tour the Small Circuit
including Banteay Kdei, Srah Srang, Ta Prohm, Takeo, Thommanon,
and Chau Say Tevoda. In the afternoon, take the sightseeing the
Grand Circuit including Prasat Kravan, East Mebon, Pre Rup and
Preah Khan
Day 6
Friday
: Siem Reap at leisure & departure (B,L)
Today in the morning you are at leisure until time to
transfer to airport for departure flight back home |
